Fluence Hires Wren Berry as Head of Human Resources

Leader in organizational design joins Fluence with decades of human resources and strategic people management experience

AUSTIN, Texas (Feb. 5, 2021)— Fluence by OSRAM (Fluence) a leading global provider of energy-efficient LED lighting solutions for commercial cannabis and food production, today announced that Wren Berry joined the company as head of human resources.

Berry, who previously served as director of human resources at Neenah, Inc., brings decades of experience in people management and organizational development across industries including lighting and technology as well as durable and consumer goods manufacturing.

Berry’s primary responsibilities will include spearheading organizational development, change management and strategic human resources programs throughout the company.

Berry earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and human resources development from North Carolina State University. Before joining Neenah, Inc., she served in leadership roles at Acuity Brands, Inc., Alcoa, Inc. and Covidien.
